Orders above £30 are shipped free of charge (excluding VAT applicable on any products). Standard UK delivery is usually within 2- 5 working days from the date of payment.

Royal Mail Standard 48 (Large Letter):
Flat fee of £1.99.
Large letter maximum dimensions 353mm x 250mm x 25mm thick.
Maximum gross weight is 750g.
Orders will normally take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive.

Royal Mail Standard 48/Hermes 48 (Parcel):
Flat fee of £2.99.
Maximum gross weight is 5kg.
Orders will normally take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive.

Next Day Tracked:
Flat fee of £5.99.
Maximum gross weight is 5kg.
Orders will normally take between 1 and 2 working days to arrive.

Next Day Tracked (Heavy):
Flat fee of £9.99. 
Maximum gross weight per parcel 27kg.
Orders will normally take between 1 and 2 working days to arrive.

Please note that is the customers responsibility to ensure provision is made to receive the goods ordered or alternative arrangements are in place.

Courier companies will keep you informed with email/text updates throughout the delivery process. Options will be given to re-schedule, deliver to a neighbour or leave your order in a safe place. Hermes will make three (GPS recorded) attempts at delivery before the parcel is returned to us.

Royal Mail items that are undelivered maybe available for collection or redelivery from your local Royal Mail Service Point. Details will be provided on the card left.

Items returned as undeliverable maybe chargeable for redelivery.

Please check you address is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.

Late delivery

Royal Mail 48, Hermes 48 and Parcelforce 48 are not guaranteed timed services.
We cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault.
Therefore, we are unable offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Guaranteed next day services (Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24, and any other special timed services) are entitled to a full refund on the postage. Please note all orders for a next day service need to be placed before 2pm to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, then a refund will be issued for the full order provided the order is not accepted on delivery.
